Chapter social media

Social media, Lambda Chi Alpha and the Interfraternity Council, 2025–26

These are real posts, not class work. As social media chair for my chapter and now vice president of public relations for Syracuse’s Interfraternity Council, I design what 18 fraternities and their 1,700 members see in their feeds every week.

The constraints are the interesting part. A post has about a second to earn a pause, it is seen on a phone held at arm’s length, and it has to sit comfortably next to whatever the account posted the week before. So the type is big, the hierarchy is blunt, and every series gets a frame it can repeat: the gold border on philanthropy recaps, the white window on board introductions.
